Is it possible to edit Kasina's built-in Spectrastrobe sessions?

Not really. The original MWS files are not available.

As far as the light and sound entrainment, no. You can load them into a DAW and mix in a guided meditation or hypnosis script. Be careful not to modify the session part. Compression and some filters will degrade the ultrasonic light encoding.
