Sessions to use with Reiki?

Hi,

I am newly attuned to Reiki Level I. As I own a Proteus, I am trying to decide which sessions to play during a Reiki Self Healing Treatment.

Does anyone here have any suggestions?

Also - a session that would be good for energizing Chakras?

I do believe the best state of mind for this type of work would be Alpha. So, I recommend programs 33 to 36.
