3 Hour Delta sessions

Here are two kbs files that I made a while back but edited recently.

3 hour full Delta: 3 hours full delta, shoot for at least 30 minutes or so but the longer, the deeper you go. Just lay flat and dont move.

3 hour Stairway: Alpha10hz for 26min, Ramp down to Theta 5Hz over a period of 10min, Theta 5Hz for 22min, Ramp down to Delta 3.3Hz over a period of 10min. Remaining session on Delta 3.3Hz 80min. Try to shoot for at least 85min but the longer, the deeper you go. Just lay flat and dont move.

The 3 hour Stairway I actually tried, my body became almost numb, I also experienced the feeling of floating in water or something similar, mentally I did go so deep at one point, that I was not conscious but also not sleeping.

Uhm... Yes of course the KBS files are inside the zip file, what else do you suspect?
Anyhow, there are zip opening applications for MAC, there is also a default one that is already installed on MAC
It's called Archive Utility

Hi Jon , thank you for your reply no I didn?t I tried many times ! It?s not the application problem I tired so many different applications, it all showed the file doesn?t support / or can not open

is it passable the file has problem ? Does other people can open with Mac OS ?
