I embedded some of my favorite Guided Meditations into SP Sessions.
These Sessions are kind of experimental and I could not test all the Sessions yet so if you find anything not working right
please tell me.

Thanks a lot for this virtual cornucopia of sessions . One thing that impressed me was the sound quality of these tracks as at least some of these recordings seem to come originally from cassette tapes (the word 'tape' was mentioned in at least one of the recordings) . Some excellent remastering went into these , I guess . Just one thing : the very last session on the list (White Light Meditation DS Deep rejuvenation.mp3) doesn't set the lights on my Kasina flashing .
Also , I've been using one of your sessions on a regular basis as a quickfix for an afternoon nap . It's that 15-minute random alternative eye one - it gets me under and in nap mode very quickly indeed , perfect for someone like me with very little time to spare .
