I would like to ask you about the softwares of Transparent Corporation.
I bought three softwares and now they dont work.
Can I do anything from Spain?
I have send many messages to their e-mail address and they dont answer me.
Please, help me. These softwares are very expensive and very good.

and used Disk2VHD, a sysinternals utility by a Microsoft subsidiary, to make a virtual drive copy suitable for Microsoft's Hyper-V. So far, it works. Mine is much larger than Thalassa's, at over 200GB, as it has a huge library of created files in various production stages as well as voice/music/etc used in the process.
Although I can't really share this VM, I did want to let people know it works and doesn't break the key management and force you to re-license...

Andy, I second that. In fact, had some emails back and forth with Adam H, where he sent me a purchase form, and then months later strangely went back on his promise, and said he wouldnt... Do a search you can find cracks online for reactivation keys. And complete versions of NP3. Normally I wouldn't advise this but this is a specific situation. Im still using NP2 pro. On windows 7. I never found the need to upgrade as NP2 is so good anyway. I absolutely love windows 7 and am gutted at the support ending in Jan 2020. My Dell Vostro still works like new and will have to buy a new machine and probably switch between them. I have quite a lot of old programs I still use that won't operate on Windows 10. Eventually I will install virtual box. Ive not tried any of the cracks for reactivation etc because up until now I don't need to. But will have to when time comes.

Deactivate automatic updates. If it updates to Windows 10, they will not work anymore. If they do happen to "upgrade" you, you only have so long to roll back to the previous build before it becomes permanent.Quote:

Yes, true but both MWS and NP3 do run on (older versions of) Win10. If you are running the pro version prior to 2004, you can disable updates. Home version not so much.
I have both running successfully on build 1709. That device (an HP Stream 8 tablet) just never gets connected internet wise.
Though pity they left no opportunity or option for (re)activation for existing customers.
That's what happened to me...the Windows 10 update from hell. Wiped out NP3, MWS and about 600 dollars worth of other programs. I'd change to Apple but I'm not convinced they are any better.
Auth server for MWS is offline as stated in this forum and facebook group is no longer offering keys. Win10 install failed, w7 vm works fine with trial only.
Is part of the class action lawsuit to keep providing auth server hosting for existing customers to unlock their purchased software?
If not, can transparent provide under NDA per-user the unlocked executable for customers that can produce a receipt - even if the application is no longer supported?
There is no lawsuit, AFAIK. Check the Facebook page to confirm.
Transparent is gone. Time to move on.
Some of us have switched to Reaper with the awesome Cymatic plugins and are having some great results so far.
One thing I discovered is the Transparentcorp products (Mind Workstation, Neuroprogrammer etc.) work on VPS servers.
I tested it on Windows Server 2016 Datacener, and Windows server R2 2012 Datacenter, without any problems.
I can't guarantee it would work on every vps. (So if you are going to give it a try don't pay a large monthly subscription fee on a vps that might not work with Mind Work Station etc.)
The drawback is you can use the software for only 15 days, and can't export any mp3's.
As you already know our product license/keys no longer work since the website was taken down, so the software only works in trial mode.
When the trial runs out on your vps you have to get a new vps server if you want to use the software again for 15 days. (But if you get a new vps with the same company if the vps is hooked into the same computer as your other vps the software might not work since the trial was already used on that computer etc.)
if there was a way to reset the trial then you can use it nonstop on the same vps. But I have not figured out how to reset the trial.
Why go to all that effort when you can just use Reaper? I'm actually curious.
I already had a cheap vps for many months for other purposes. But decided to give Mind Work Station etc a try on it, and wanted to take a look at their presets again etc Thank you for mentioning the Reaper...I never looked into it. Doing a Google search I found reaper fm. Is that what you are talking about?

Many years ago I bought from tranparentcorp the programs neuroprogrammer, mindworkstation commercial, the full program, lifetime and these programs are no longer usable because transparentcorp has shut down everything (including the registration server) for years, as everyone writes here.
The software alternatives suggested here so far I found not so good
The best replacement for me is the Audio Brainwave software by saschArt. There are some free plugins, especially interesting is the panoscillator (for creating bilateral sound waves for brainspotting according to David Grand). For Brainwave Entrainment I use the following therapy vst plugins:
Isochronic tones and goldwavegenerator.

I still have a working copy of MWS, but I use the Reaper DAW instead. Much more versatile, higher quality, easier to make complex sessions. The only thing missing is the biometerics for biofeedback and graphing.
The solution for transparentcorp:
If you need the original transparentcorp software for the differentiated Brainwave programming with AUDIOSTROBE, then you can't get around the original software.
I have been looking for a solution for a long time and finally found one that works. There is no cracked software for neuroprogrammer or Brainsound-studio or Mindworkstation in the web. Some offers are simply fakes, you get a big zip-file which is encrypted and can't be opened, but costs money.
The only solution are the trial versions with trial reset which is not easy because practically all programs for trial reset fail. The only exception is the software
Registry Trash Keys Finder (Version 3.9.4.x) from http://www.trashreg.com/rtkf_eng.html
With it the trial reset works perfectly, by simply deleting all found trash-registry keys. There is a free and a full version of trash-reg-finder. If the free version is working I don't know; you have to test it, I bought the full version.
I just made a test CD with the Brainsound Studio including Audiostrobe. Audiostrobe is correctly captured in the WAV recording, the CD then runs flawlessly with light signals via (for instance) Synergizer.
I think it then runs equally well with Mindworkstation and Neuroprogrammer.
So: Install the trials and reset them every now and then. You will have for 15 days a full functioning program.
The generated sessions can not be saved, but recorded with recording software and used permanently. Recommendation: soundtap recorder from NCH software, very simple, but sufficient and stable. Or Audacity or also GiliSoft Audio Recorder or i-sound-recorder from abyssmedia, https://www.abyssmedia.com/.

I'm thinking about getting one to use in Reaper.
I was really hoping that as the years went by someone would crack Neuroprogrammer3 and we would have a way to at least play the .nps files. I remembered that I exported a session to an audio file whilst I was still able to use the program. It's the only one I have, since that's pretty much all I used this for. It's Mood Support for Persistent Depression.
