Right-click (or Cmd-Click) and select "Download Linked File"
They are mp3 files (for the most part), so make sure you don't open them in the Music app which is where Apple (unhelpfully) converts the format.
Just download the file, connect up your Kasina to your computer via the USB cable, select "USB" on the Kasina, and the Kasina's SD card should show up on your desktop.
Open up the Kasina SD card device and drag the mp3 file to there. I recommend creating another folder on the card for your own sessions so you can keep them organized.
