Hi Andy,
WOW, what a customer service :icon_pray:. Yes, the new OS works fine and fixes the problem (as far as I can tell from having watched the display for a few minutes). Long live Proteus OS version 3.0! ;)
Thank you very much,
Thomas

I agree with Thomas, great customer support. Those MindPlace tech guys have been really puting out lately. First a new OS for the Procyon and now another new one for the Proteus. Great job guys, and many thanks.
Andy, maybe you can post the Proteus os 3.0 update as a sticky thread and also ask MP to post it on their support WebPages. Right now it only shows 2.9
Thanks again and cheers,

Wow! :eusa_clap:
Thanks so much for continuing to offer updates for the Proteus.
I always noticed the little "beeps" between segments (or rather the short bursts of auditory interference caused by the display being activated), but I just shrugged them off as a minor niggle. I never dreamt you'd offer an update to remove them. Complex sessions with lots of transitions now sound much cleaner through my headphones.
And version 3.0 seems to be working A-OK for me. :)
