Creating own sessions - how to use the frequencies
Hi,
I was wondering if anyone could give some more details of how sessions can / should be created.
I see that the sessions do not stay in the same frequency range. How do you balance frequencies? Isn?t it contraproductive to use frequencies that are in different eeg bands?
The technical aspect of producing sessions is clear to me I need advice on how to use the frequencies specificially.
Thanks for helping

Thanks for the link.
I produce electrinic music since 30 years and am absolutely fine with the technical side of it.
I made very nuce racks in Ableton that go far beyond simple strobesignals and also wrote a software which analyzes sessions on the strobefrequencies used over time but I am still struggleing to understand why for example there are always changes between eeg bands during the session, what is the shortest time to strobe in one session to have effect etc.
Can‘t really afford to pay for a course at the moment and also am very short with time
Cheers,
Jens

Understood. There is a HUGE wealth of free information here on the forum and support site if you are looking to learn on your own.
Use the search function to target specific topics and spend some time reading. Certainly some of the posts may be old, but the science of AVS hasn't changed.
Here's one to get you started: https://mindplacesupport.com/forum/s...Our-Mind-Works
Also, take some time to read the articles on the support site. Start with AVS Technology and then have a look at others. They will be very helpful I'm sure.
