Does anyone have experience with Lamps like lucia, enkidu, pandora star etc?
Hi,
I am doing a diy project and managed to extract the strobesignals out of the audio and drive multiple leds with it.
i have to say to me it seems to make very little difference when switching between the different leds as long as there is always the same number of leds active. I am still experimenting. At the moment I am having a setup very similar to lucia light but will try different arrangements as well.
I would love to know how the commercial products switch between the leds and uf this make a difference or if they naybe go all together and maybe half of the just flickering every second stribe etc.
i made an editor to create switching patterns bit am wondering what would be the ideal way to switch.
help is greatly appreciated

After studying many reports, I've come to the conclusion that monochrome light stimuli are sufficient.
Colored LEDs are just a gimmick to stand out from the competition.
The primary goal is to stimulate the brain in a specific frequency range.
I have a NeuroVizr myself. No glasses necessary and strong enough to treat several people at the same time (shining from above onto lying people). It uses a LED1642GW 16-channel LED driver.

Hi
This can be a suggestion or a poll. Could be designed a flexo led system, for connect to current AVS devices, like a mini version of the mentioned lamps, can work as something like neurovizr but more flexible, with cluster of leds allow changes the placement, mean put over eyebrow level for open eyes use as optional.
The concept can see in this video on youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-Zs-0DQxMEI

This is same as i ask, as can rotate the leds for optional open eyes use.
Regarding the lamps over the market all are expensive except for the Liba Loom made in UK.

Light color does affect the human psyche. Recent studies have found that red and white light are superior to other colors for gamma entrainment. Blue spectrum converts melatonin to serotonin and plays a role in SAD and other depressive disorders. Green increases SMR. Different colors to each eye can cause hallucinations.
I use color to represent mood. It also affects the visualizations you get from the flickering lights.
