Re: What am I doing wrong?
I haven't gotten my anticipated effects either.
I was hoping it would help with dreaming.
Re: What am I doing wrong?
I recently purchased the bundle as well. I have been using it daily several times a day and for sleep for the last week or so. I?ve gotten some positive effects but for me I think it is going to take time for MyMonkey mind to be pushed out and allowing my brain more freedom. I?ve been able to stop panic attacks which is certainly something I was looking for. Imagery has been limited but seems I?m experiencing short episodes. I?m doing the 30 day meditation challenge to get me started.
Has anything changed for you?
Have you tried Spectra in Mind Art?
Re: What am I doing wrong?
Same with me. I got it after using Lumenate and thought that the mind machine would have a stronger effect.
The machine is good but the support on Kasina on how to use it is not great. I don't mean what button to press, but what sessions help with what, how often etc etc all you get is a single line with a high level description of the default sessions.
And then you need to search this forum and piece the info together by yourself, trying to match advice here with the default programs.
The thing is I have a long hours stressful job, 2 young children, it's hard enough to get the time to do sessions.
Having to try and figure out even the basics on how best use programs it's just not possible.
I am very disappointed if I am honest. A little more documentation would have made the kasina experience so much better and would help people much more. So far it's only made my stress worse.
Re: What am I doing wrong?
while i had amazing results using it on psychedelics i did not have any clue what exactly i was doing. I also would love to have all necessary information together to use it properly (sober not just to get great visuals). a get you started guide would be awesome. same here... long demanding job, learning to play bass, growing mushrooms, having a wife, socializing. there is little time to get an expert on neuroscience :(
