Re: Affirmation question...
Dual inductions and affirmations are very effective. Try using a female voice to the left ear to communicate with the emotional right brain, and a male authoritative voice to the right ear to the analytical left brain. Affirmations work best if you imagine they are coming from someone you trust and respect as an expert.

Re: Affirmation question...
Also, when getting deeper into theta, try overlapping the voices and spinning them around in 3D. This confuses the analytical monkey mind to communicate directly to the subconscious.
Re: Affirmation question...
Good idea, I'll try that!
Re: Affirmation question...
Also I've read in a book, if you create echo or reverb in the affirmations it has better effect on the subconscious mind. Audacity and adode audition 1.5 / cool edit pro 2.x Windows programs can do this, Audacity is a free program that's available for PC / Mackintosh / Linux / Ubuntu.

Anything you can do to make it sound unnatural. This confuses the analytical mind and bypasses the conscious thought process, directly reaching the subconscious.
