New Procyon - problem with red/blue LEDs

Hello,
I have just purchased new Procyon. Quite excited about it. However, I might have a problem with red LEDs.

When I run tje self-test blue LED and red LED are always on together i.e. neither blue nor red LEDs are on solely. The only LED that is solely on is the green one.

Also I have tried the LEDs in Procyon editor. When I turn on only the Red LF and run the segment the red LED is not turned on. When I turn on only the Green LF, green LED is turned on. And when I turn on the Blue LF both red and blue LEDs are turned on.

I believe this should not happen. Do I have a faulty piece of hardware?

Yikes! Sounds like something's definitely wrong!

I was thinking that this might be some defect. I will get back to the retailer and ask the Procyon to be exchanged.
