Hello, today I just could not relax using my thoughtstream or any other technique. I tried for almost an hour and left probably more stressed than I began out of frustration. Then I took a sip of a water bottle near where I was sitting and realized, wow I am really thirsty. Anyway I ended up drinking about 3 and a half water bottles till the thirst was gone, and almost immediately felt better. I gave the thoughtstream one more try and was able to drop my stress level 300% as opposed to 0%!! Anyway in these hot summer months stay hydrated, sometimes, especially for older people the thirst mechanism doesn't work right and you can end up becoming dehydrated without even knowing.
