hello,I do not understand how after a session of relaxation with alpha binaural sound, the USB thoughstream program mark -50%, while the lights of the device mark me 30% of relaxation, which is logical, especially after having waited 10 minutes with slow abdominal breathing before starting the session, it hurts I don?t know putting the graphic, but it is a continuous upward line with the logical rising and falling, as if the graph were reversed.

You can use the Print Screen button on your keyboard if you have one. Alt + Print Screen will capture the window that is active. If you don't have that on newer Windows you can use the Snipping Tool found in the Accessories folder. Otherwise there are a bunch of freeware screencapture programs.

yes, I have a jpg image of the grafic, but I don?t know how to paste it here.I click with right buttom and select copy, and when I try paste here the paste option is not avaible.

Oh, I see... attach the image to your post by clicking the image button in the header of the post editor... It is a picture of a tree in a green square.

Hey wait... that is wrong as.. doing it that way wants the image to be online somewhere.

In the post editor choose Go Advanced then the paper clip icon... then add the image..
