Procyon - Overwrite Session Table

I am little confused on the uploading procedures for the Procyon.
If I choose the Overwrite session table button, will that erase the factory installed sessions?

Yes.

Select "Append" to add to the sessions that are already in your machine. If you plan to add/remove sessions or make changes, you'd be best to create an album that includes the factory sessions (or the ones that you want to keep at least).

That way, you can edit the album and just upload it each time.
