Here are some programs I've made that I really like.
PowerSession - Alternates between 10.2 and 13Hz, a good one to use to start your day.
Theta Delta - is a good one to use before bed, it moves gradually up and down through theta and delta hitting every Hz in each range.
Beta, Alpha, Theta and Delta Range - these 4 sessions are each of the full range of that brainwave. (IE Beta is just low beta 12-16Hz, Alpha 8-12Hz etc.) These are intended to hit the full range of a desired brainwave. Giving your brain a chance to experience the full range would hopefully allow it to learn a wider range of options.
Shamanic Conciousness - from 4-4.5, back and forth, I've reached the most amazing states with this program.
