I did it a while back when I was working 2 full time jobs. It is said 40 minutes of theta is like 2 hours sleep. I don't know if that is entirely true, but I would use theta sessions as a power nap whenever I had the time, and sleep induction sessions to get the most out of the time I did have to sleep. Beta sessions would help me stay alert, but I didn't have much time to use them. I did pretty well on 4-5 hours sleep, but it does wear on you after awhile.
