MindPlace new device?

Hello,
hope this is the right forum

I'm just planning to buy my first AVS machine.
I choose procyon.
But I'm wondering one thing...

Will MindPlace release a new device in the next (6-12) months?

I'm asking this because procyon is quite expansive (worth every euros btw) so it will be, eventually, my first and last device for quite a long...

But, if mindplace is planning a new device I could buy a less expansive AVS (like sirius) and the buy the new device too...
especially if the new device will have separate (left/right) multicolor regulations.
I heard about something call PreSage but there's nothing over the official site.

I will be quite unpleasant buy the top of the devices and then, after few months, see a better one

Just my opinion but if I were you I'd initially buy the Sirius. This will give you a good introduction to L&S machines and can be used with NP2 if you want to take things further.

After some time on the Sirius, you may find newer, more expensive ones that do a few things a little better. At least you will be in a good position to judge for yourself. On the other hand, you may find that the Sirius does everything you'll ever need. Although I have all Mindplaces L&S machines, I could easily live with just my Sirius (and NP2).

MP is always working on new products, but a device that would supercede the Procyon is not likely to appear in the near future.

Btw buy the procyon here in Europe is quite hard indeed!
I ordered from an online vendor and then receive my money back due "out of stock"...
While I'm waiting to get the procyon back in stock I think I will give a look to sirius features...
I know, probably I will buy both -___-'

Thanks robert, I wish I could!
Mindplace prices (including shipment!) are cheaper than any EU reseller...
but, unfortunately, we have quite high duty fee on electronic devices.
For example on the procyon I should pay almost 70euros of tax... the price of a sirius unit!
Quite unpleasant.

You could give a look on eBay. I bought my Procyon unit from a serious UK vendor. It was really kind with a fast shipping service.
