I would think if you ran a contest - gave away free product - you would get a *ton* of fairly good ambient tracks from that community. There are tons of websites and communities where producers upload their tracks for community comment - some healthy postings to that community would get you music.

Another thought: why not revenue share with the artists? Put the financials in the future and eliminate all risk. Your company wins as it makes the procyon more feature worthy.

Pair a musician and a programmer to develop the tracks.

I for one would buy a $10 CD, as would most Procyon users I imagine.
