How to create a session turning off mental chatter /quieten the mind or put in hypnotic trance then apply standard BWE later?

What I have found is that about 10 minutes into a session, the mind chatter stops on it's own because the lights draw the attention of the brain. If this doesn't work "naturally" in the session, then the person can direct his or her attention to the lights and follow them (eye's closed) and think about the patterns and colors. The mind is only going to be able to think of one thing at a time and the AVS machine programs change enough that the brain shouldn't get bored and begin to focus else where and start the chatter again.

It's also part of mental training to teach the brain to "shut the heck up" lol so do know that with practice of directing the attention onto just one thing, does get easier and does get results.
