I love it! Yes, there are indeed some skills in there that can applied in the domestic situation

I have one particular favourite AS CD - Dr Thompson's Audio Illusions - as far as I'm concerened, the first two tracks are as good as anything you'll find for going almost anywhere you want. The third track I tend to avoid - it's a great way to come back before you're ready.

    Cheers,
    Craig

Cool! I have had my best experiences with Audio Illusions too

My CD has 4 tracks, are you suggesting I should skip track 3 and listen to tracks 1, 2 then 4? Will give it a go and see if it makes any improvement for me. My only gripe with tracks 1 & 2 is they are a little short for me to fully let go.

Have also just bought Dreams in the minds eye which is showing much promise, I've not had a long enough period that I know I will be undisturbed to listen to it all the way through in one go but when I do we will see what happens

Really tempted to try the Requiem CD too although for some reason I feel really nervous about trying it, probably the reference to near death experience

    Cheers
    Al

I really should be more careful commenting from memory!

Thompson is responsible for Dreams in the Mind's Eye and it is the 3rd track of this CD that I find incongruous with the first two, which are my favourites.

Audio Illusions is by Norm Durkee, and is my #2 favourite.

Requiem has quite a following, but it's really not to my taste at all.

    Cheers,
    Craig
