This question was asked by a user:

How do you select a different base frequency for proteus for creating two binaural beats at the same time?

The answer from MP:
When creating two binaural beats the base frequency of the first binaural follows the "Sound Pitch" of the segment.
The binaural beat frequency of the the first follows the "LFO #1" setting.
The base frequency of the second binaural is a ratio of the first base frequency and can be set to 1/2, 2/3, 3/4, 4/3, 3/2 or 2/1 the first base frequency.
The binaural beat frequency of the the second follows the "LFO #2" setting.
The ratio for the second base frequency can be set using the menu item <Utilities> <Edit Supplemental Commands> in the windows session editor program.
A frame entitled "Supplemental Proteus Controls" appears.
On the right side is a label "BB2/BB1". Check the box to the left of the label then click on the text box just below it. This brings up a slider bar that can be used to set the ratio.

Example...
If LFO #1 = 12 Hz : LFO #2 = 8 Hz : Sound Pitch =200Hz : BB2/BB1=3/4
Then the base frequency of the first binaural = 200 Hz.
Binaural beat of the first = 12 Hz.
Base frequency of the second binaural = 200 * 0.75 = 150 Hz.
Binaural beat of the second = 8 Hz.

With the Proteus connected to your PC you can send the Supplemental Command to the Proteus by clicking on the <Send to Proteus> command button.
Check the "Update default settings" and the Proteus will remember the value and use it in the future if another value hasn't been set yet.

When writing programs with the session editor use the "Insert into Session Table" command to add the Supplemental Commands into your session. You can use multiple Supplemental Commands throughout your session if you want to change the ratio, or change any of the other Supplemental Commands.

I hope this information is useful.
