    Default Drinking some water

    Hi,

    Have found that after experiencing any type of Session 15 minutes or longer I'm very thristy and dried out. So now when ever I am about to sit or laydown for a Session longer than 10 minutes having a glass of water helps alot.

    Don't know if others get dried out like I do. Thought I'd post this just in case.

    Yes... it's a great idea to drink some water before sessions... search the Forums for more answers...
