Sorry, robchoc, I don't know. We'll try to get to the bottom of this.

BTW - the file is now up on the support site. You could perhaps try that one to see if it's any different, or wait for an answer from TheRock as to what could be the problem.

    Hi robchoc,

It looks like you have successfully unzipped the album and sessions files, and that you have used the Session Manager to queue the sessions (ready to upload) using the the album file.

    Questions...
    1) What is the OS revision number that flashes when you turn on the Proteus?

    2) Can you upload any sessions to the Proteus?

    3) Are you trying to send the sessions to the 'Primary' or 'Utility' Area?

    Best regards,
    theRock

    Latest one 2.5

    >2) Can you upload any sessions to the Proteus?

    Can upload individual sessions.

    >3) Are you trying to send the sessions to the 'Primary' or 'Utility' Area?

I am trying to upload the whole album, have tried both areas with a resulting bad display.

    Cheers

    Hmm!?!?
    More questions...

    1) How old is your unit?
... The serial number is inside the battery compartment.

    2) Are you using a 'USB to Serial adapter' or standard serial port?

    3) Is the data transfer rate set to the 'Slower' setting?
... Select the menu item <Serial Port> <Change data transfer rate> then drag the slider to the "Slower" end.

    4) Can you successfully restore the factory default sessions?
...With the Proteus connected to your computer and in "dL" mode, select the menu item <Utilities><Restore Factory Sessions(Simple)>.
Double click on the "PROTEUSCODE25.pts" file. The sessions will be sent to the "Primary" Area.

    Best regards,

    Hi robchoc,

Could you try one last thing before giving up on your unit?

Try loading version 2.3 of the software.
    You can get it at...

    http://www.mindplacesupport.com/Down...itor%202_3.zip

Once installed Update the Code with "Prot2_3.pts".
Then try downloading the Complex Sessions while in "PC" mode.

    Sorry for all this hassle!

    Best regards,
    TheRock
