    Default ADD and peripheral processing

    I have the procyon and I want to know what could help with peripheral processing. In Les Fehmi's Book, OPen Focus, He discusses this problem.In additoin I have add which causes me cognitive problems on my job.
    Does anyone know hkow the procyon can help me or what else can help me.

    Hi Wayne,

    I'm not familiar with Fehmi's book and so I can't really comment on what is written in there. I can however make some recommendations regarding the Procyon and ADD.

    People with ADD tend to have more Theta activity when they should have SMR & Beta. It is for this reason, that they have problems with concentration.

    You would benefit from any of the programs that target SMR 12-15 Hz. On the Procyon try any of the following programs: 6, 7, 8. You could try any of the "Full Energy Programs as well.
