Can I create a session with spoken/vocal affirmations/suggestions?

I just got my new Proteus and am LOVING it. I am using it for stress relief and relxation and would like to create some self hypnosis sessions. I'm not very good with technology. Can anyone help me through the process please?

I think the simplest thing to do would be to purchase a relaxation/hypnosis CD and play it in conjunction a Proteus session such as P11 to 16.

Please let us know if you need instruction on how to hook up your CD player to the Proteus.
