I recently purchased a Procyon from Dr. Patricia (TX) online. I have received the registration card returned as not delivered as addressed.

What is your new address?

Click on "Light & Sound"
Click on "Order now from our Online Store" at the bottom of the page

What address did you send the registration card to? If it's an old address then I will let Mindplace know and they can get the factory to update the address.

If you are still having problems, you may want to contact Mindplace directly at info@mindplace.com . Their office address is: 374 North Beach Road, Suite 2B, East Sound, WA, 98245.

Thank you for your assistance. I must have an older registration card as the address on the card is: 170 NW 73rd Street, Seattle, WA 98117. I will forward the registration card to their new address.
