    how could i re-load the factory sessions .now Machines not start.

    Download the Editor at http://www.mindplacesupport.com/Down...roteus2_51.zip and re-install the OS. The instructions are in the Editor manual at http://www.mindplacesupport.com/Down...teusEditor.pdf

    Failure,No show in the display.Restoration can not be done.

    Make sure the batteries are good. If the batteries are good, then you'll need to contact Mindplace to send the unit back for repair.

    Go to http://www.mindplace.com and click on "Contact us", explaining that you have a unit that needs to be repaired.
