    Hi there;

    It sounds like you haven't installed the driver for the Procyon yet.

    What number comes up on the Procyon display when you power it up? 1.7.x or 2.1.x ? (x is any number)

    -Andy.

    Hi Sandraw;

    Please read these instructions and follow them carefully. Let us know if that doesn't fix the problem.

    Andy, I so appreciate your quick help and willingness.

    I delted all procyon files I had previously downloaded, unzipped and messed with so I could start fresh and follow your instructions.

    I downloaded 1 7 22 and unzipped it. did the setup, browsed to procyon folder and opened editer. I did not get the option to unzip any other files. The editer just opens.

    Hello again;

    Sorry for all the trouble. I assume you're speaking of step #8? If that window doesn't come up then somehow the driver install failed the first time and now it thinks it's installed even though it hasn't.

    Open up the folder "C:\Program Files\Procyon AVS" and look for a file called "TI_TUSB3410 Driver Installer.exe".
    Double-click that file then continue following my instructions from step #10.

    Hopefully that works for you. Let me know if it doesn't!

    -Andy.

    Andy, I followed instructions to step 13 and this is what my folder looks like

    tempTUSB folder
    DAS_off_bit.raw
    factoryos.pr2
    prcyn1741.pr2
    procyon1_7_22
    procyon.in2
    procyon_log_0.prl
    procyon_log_1.prl
    st6unst
    TI_TUSB3410 Driver Installer

    I thought maybe that was close enough and plugged my procyon in and turned it on. No new hardware found wizard. rebooted computer. still now hardware found wizard.

    I really hate to be a pain but you are so knowledgable.
    Thanks, Sanda
