    Default General question on meditation

    Hi,
I was wondering what is the best way to use Kasina for mediation.
I just started meditating four month ago on a daily basis so I am pretty new to it.
From my understanding when doing mindfullness meditation it is important to be in the present moment, notice when the mind is wandering and set the attention back to the present. Most people do this by anchoring their attention to their breath. So could I just watch the light instead?
I also read that Kasina might help with astral projection or lucid dreaming. I would definitely want to try but can't find any info how to do this using the device. Is there any further information to this?
    Cheers,
    Jens

There's TONS of posts here about Lucid Dreaming and Astral projection. Just search for the term "Lucid" or "Astral" and plenty of posts will result.
