Default Quick newbie question RE binaural beats

Im diving in to all the tutorials and online documentation, trying to get educated after playing with the Kasina a bit.

My preferred soundscape for meditation is just the binaural beats (not sure if thats the correct term in this context) without nature sounds or music.

Are there any factory tracks that offer this?

Also, while I might have any of your helpful people's attention, is there a central place to go to to download additional sessions?

    Thanks so much!

Binaural beats are produced when a steady pure tone is presented to one ear, and a different tone is presented to the other. The difference of the frequency tones gets mixed in the brain, producing a perceived "beat" at the difference of Hz between the tones as in 180 Hz tone in one ear and 190 Hz tone in the other produces a perceive 10 Hz beat. If you listen to only one stereo side, you should only hear a steady tone. If you hear a beat in one side only, it is either an isochronic tone, a monaural tone, or your player has some kind of surround sound function that is mixing the tones before it reaches your ear. binaural beats are hypnotic to listen to, and promotes brain hemispheric synchronization as it requires both brain hemispheres to work together. Binaural beats do not produce entrainment at specific frequencies due to the lack of wave depth of the beat.

Monaural beats are produced the same way, but the tones are mixed before they get to the ear. Isochronic tones are a steady tone that gets turned on and off rapidly. You can create your own isochronic tone frequency by selecting Sessions on the Kasina, and holding the middle button down for 2 seconds.

Tons of free sessions can be found here on the Forum, on the Facebook Group, and other factory sessions can be downloaded from the Kasina Support site http://mindplacesupport.com/kasina/#content
