Thread: Guidance on colours

    Question Guidance on colours

    Hello all,

I wanted to check if there is any guidance available or any advice on choosing a colour during the sessions? The sessions have many colour choices available. Is there a colour or a colour combination that gives more advantage?

    Thank you.

I'm guessing you're making your own meditation tracks? For me it's a personal taste. I like solid blue for deep relaxation. For nature based meditations...lots of jungle and animal sounds...I use red and green mix to produce a warmer orangish type color. Maybe Joe or Andy can advise on any psychological differences between colors.

    Thank you.

I found the below in one of the threads :

Red - Stimulates adrenal gland heartbeat and breathing.

Yellow - Stimulates serotonin production, enhances concentration, wakes up the brain and nervous system, speeds up metabolism.

Blue - Enhances creativity, helps produce chemicals that are calming and is soothing.

Green - Scientifically proven to improve eyesight, relaxes the body and alleviates stress.
