Hi everyone. I love my Limina (purchased a month ago) but the sound just stopped working. Has this happened to anyone here? I've swapped headphones, new batteries, etc. I reached out to the company but it's a generic recording and shot them an email yesterday. I figured maybe somebody on here had a suggestion, as I don't know how long they take to get back to their clients (especially during covid) and I have been using mine daily.
