    Hello friends
    Does anybody know the best light frequencies for each ear for meditation and visualization as I am new to the Kasina mind machine
    I would be very grateful

    Have a look at the Meditate and Trance sessions in the Kasina sessions list. Frequencies for most sessions are shown there.

    For visualizing, use alpha frequencies 8-12 Hz. These are usually the shorter sessions. For deep meditation, the mental activity of visualizing or repeating mantras or affirmations to yourself will prevent you to reach a theta (4-7 Hz) state. Since you have to first be in alpha to reach theta, these are usually the longer sessions. There is nothing that says you can't visualize for the first part of a deep meditation session, just let it go about halfway through and allow yourself to go into theta.
