The green light!

Please help me to find out the solution to this problem: the green light doesn't flash when it's working, but after changing another console, the lightframe is fine! is there anything wrong with the console?

Sounds like there is. Make sure you are certain that you are plugging the lightframe jack in all the way and that you are running a program that has green in it!

If so, you should contact your dealer to get the unit repaired or replaced.

It's lightening, but not flashing, if I change it to another console, it's working very well, even under the same program!
Actually I am a dealer, I got all the products from MINDPLACE!
One of my customers sent this back to ask to replace, so hope you can help me to solve this problem, thank you very much!
