  1. Default Limina with DeepVision Ganzfeld

Which session do you suggest to use on Limina with DeepVision™ Ganzfeld (open-eyes glasses )?
    Thanks

I would recommend you try them all! Everyone is different and has different tastes.

Start with the SpectraStrobe Sessions. See what works best for you. Make sure to adjust the brightness and volume to a comfortable level.

    Enjoy!

I agree with Andy. Each session provides a different experience eyes open or eyes closed. With the Deep Vision glasses you have the freedom in any session to open or close your eyes at any time. Try opening your eyes partially in varying degrees for even more variation. Or one eye open one eye closed.

Technically, eyes open would allow more beta rhythms in the brain. Eyes closed instantly produces more alpha. So if you're trying to speed up your brainwave rhythms, go eyes open, if you're looking to slow down and calm the mind go eyes closed.
