Default Question about Kasina and Limina sessions

    Hi everyone!

I am interested in acquiring one of those machines. I tryed other machines which has sessions to go from Beta phase to Theta phase. Some sessions even start in Alpha, go down to Delta and then progressively go back up to Alpha to gently wake up.

My question is: Do the Kasina or the Limina sessions starts in Beta and finish in Theta or Delta? How can I know what is the program within the session?

This is an image about the different sessions in the machine I tryed before. That's what I want to know in Kasina and limina.

    Thanks a lot!!

Each session is different based on what they are intended for. Most relaxing sessions will start at beta and go to alpha. Most will ramp back to beta at the end if they have the time. There is some debate whether ramps are needed to reach your target frequency. Some feel the brain will guide itself there naturally, and back again. I make my sessions with ramps, at the very least, they sound good. Rule of thumb is 1 min for each Hz up or down. Shorter sessions may have steeper ramps, or none at all.

You just have to read the session description. Usually the author will note what target frequencies are used. Otherwise, most likely if not always, focus and excitatory sessions are beta/ gamma, light meditation/ relaxation sessions are alpha, deep meditation/ relaxation is theta, sleep and pain relief is delta.

Thank you very much for your answer, JoeV!

Is there a PDF manual that contains the description of the different sessions and the states (Alpha, Theta, Delta ...) in which that session works?

Click on the product you have (or are going to get). You should be able to download a session list

I see what you tell me. Thank you! It is clearly seen in the Kasina manual. In the Limina there is no description of the Hz of each track, only the Hz range that works. In fact, the one that interests me the most is Limina.

Does Limina have the same effects / sessions as Kasina, or are they different?

Why does Limina not have such a good description of the Hz of the sessions?

Is there a way to know more accurately the Hz of the Limina sessions?

The Limina comes with sessions created from the factory Sirius and Procyon (older MindPlace devices) sessions.

Here is all the info available on these two types of sessions:

Also, you could just install the Kasina editor and look at the frequencies directly too!

Hi! I still have doubts about what I asked and would like to insist.

I've recently come across these descriptions of Proteus sessions:
    http://mindplacesupport.com/forum/at...2&d=1151348233

This for me is simply incredible. Just what I need! Perfect graphic description to know exactly what session I need for each moment.

My question remains whether Kasina or Limina have this facility to know what each session is like, like Proteus. Also, I would like to ask if Kasina or Limina have any difference in this.

    Thank you

Did you try the Kasina Editor and look at the sessions as I suggested?
