    Question Deepvision safety

    Hi,

    How safe are the deepvison glasses for avoiding blue light damage when used with opened ayes. I read that The "blue light" in LED lighting can damage the eye's retina and disturb natural sleep rhythms.

    I couldnt find any info in the manuals or the forums related to this.

    This topic has been discussed a few times on the forum. While it's a good idea to lower or eliminate blue light when sleeping, there is no evidence that blue light can actually damage your eyes. Have a read through the links below:
