    Lightbulb LED Blue Light Safety

    Hi! Just received the Kashina. My ophthalmologist said that the blue LED light damages the eyes. It's the light fro
    m smart phones, iPads, and indoor LED lighting. Is the same kind of light used with the GanzFrame? Please clarify. Thank you.

    I don't think there's any evidence that blue light "damages" your eyes. However, if you are trying to sleep, it's a good idea to keep the blue light to a minimum before going to bed.
