Thread: Request for modification of the Session Editor

  1. #1

Default Request for modification of the Session Editor

    Hello All

I would like to request two modifications to the Session Editor for the Proteus and Procyon.
    1. Add an extra checkbox to the Channel 1 and Channel 2 frequency option. This should with the checkbox label offering "Start / End Frequency the same?" or "One frequency per sector?" If the checkbox is not checked the program would default to normal ramdom operation. If is is checked then the sectors would have one ramdom frequency for the range of sectors selected.
    2. It would be very useful to have a file export facility to a text format. This could be used to analyse the results of session written.
    Thank you.
    Regards Allan

    Hello All

When I read my last post I think it maybe a little misleading, as it does not specify the screen opened in the Proteus Session Editor by clicking "Utilities/Random options/Edit Random Preferences"
    Sorry for any confusion.

    Regards Allan

I'll pass those suggestions on to the programmer.

    Thanks!

I wonder if you would update me on my requests, have they been rejected or have they been put on a schedule to be done when time permits?

    Thank you

I would say the latter. The programmer is up to his eyeballs in working on the programming for the upcoming products. At this point he hasn't had time to add any new features after the flurry of new features he added to the Proteus firmware a while ago.

I'm sure when time permits he'll look at new features.

    Hello All

    Any news on this request?
Do any other users see any merit in the requested modifications to the editors?
