Thread: Connection of the old serial TS with computer without serial port

  1. Default Connection of the old serial TS with computer without serial port

Hello, I have a USB TS that I connect without problem to the TS monitor, but I also have an old TS (serial port 9 pin) that I try to connect through a USB adapter to PCUSB6 serial port. What I can do?
with the normal monitor software it seems that I recognize the port to which it connects, it also seems that the port recognizes the new beta version (when connecting the light does not turn green, but yellow is ok)
so I think that the data is not transferred, but the port is recognized. Is there any way to connect the TS? the operating system that I use is windows 10. I tried to connect in windows xp but I could not Thank you!!!

The TS Monitor software only works with the newer TS USB.

The software that works with the RS-232 (9pin) TS is available in the Legacy section of the support site. That software is quite old, and no guarantees that it will work under Windows 10.
