Contact Lens Question

I am new to the Kasina and have a question about closed eye sessions. I wear soft contact lenses. Is it best to remove them prior to use or does it even matter.

Hi Gary,
It probably doesn't matter. That is unless you feel that it hinders comfort or your eyes dry out or something. I cannot imagine that there would be any other reason.
