Digital copy of the booklet that comes with the kasina?

I think I left my booklet that lists all of the kasina sessions in another state and will not be able to get it for at least another month, if it is still even where I left it. So my question is, is there a digital version that I could view somewhere or an additional physical copy available for purchase?
