I can't get my sd card to go in

I have tried several times to get the tiny sd card to go in the machine. I have tried with my bare finger and also with the handle of a nail file so I could push it squarely, but it does not "click" into place--it just hangs out there. I have it correct side up, so I don't know what might be happening. I'm really eager to get started, and I can't until I can get the darn thing in!!!! Anyone else had that problem and have any advice? Thanks.

I've never heard of this problem before. Are you certain you have the micro-SD card inserted with the contacts-side up?
