3rd eye activation with heart rate coherence

Can you explain in simple terms how you match your breathing to the session.

From what I have understood, when the pause (1 sec) happened, just invert your breath
So :
Breathe in during 5 secs
Pause for 1 sec
Breathe out during 5 secs
Pause for 1 sec
Breathe in during 5 secs

Etc.

Hi this session is to stimulate the 3rd eye and heart rate coherence

1)so the glasses will be 5 seconds on 10hz and 1 second off so you know when to breathe in and out

2)for the 3rd eye i put a frequency on 936hz

for a good results you need to visualize the energy coming in on ever breath activating your 3rd and your pineal gland located on the center of your head and ever breath out the same

I am curious about how to design music to activate the pineal gland? Shumann wave 7.83Hz ?
