Thread: Adding binaural/isochronic tones to session.

  1. Default Adding binaural/isochronic tones to session.

This might seem like a dumb question but I will ask anyway. If I want to add a specific frequency to some ambient music I have to use on my kasina, Let's say that I want to add the frequencies of 1.5hz and then later 0.5hz.

Would I still get the benefits that those frequencies provide even if the music is not at those frequencies?

And if the music does have binaural or ischochronic tones then would they cancel out the benefit of those frequencies that I added?

    Thanks

If the music already has frequencies embedded then yes they would likely compete. Binaural beats could probably be overridden wit isochronic tones, as iso tones are a more audible and dominant form. You would be best however with a clean track to which you add new frequencies.
If you know something I don't, speak up! If maybe I know something you don't, ask away!
