Thread: Best frequencies while learning / studying / reading / listening?

  1. #1

Question Best frequencies while learning / studying / reading / listening?

Hope this obvious question isn't *too* basic to post - but when I search or Google, different views appear!

Which are the best frequencies / ranges to listen to while reading / learning? I have appalling recall from any sort of stimulus, and feel sure this can be helped along by getting a few brainwave changes in order while I study? I would prefer something that works concurrently to something I listen to before study.

I have a Procyon so I can take this info forward and use in conjunction with my frequency index for its built-in programmes.

    Many thanks!

alpha some studies suggests that when you are learning alpha brain wave is the perfect wave .apparently you can hold more and keep for future use...but if you are trying to solve a problem beta is the best ..so depending some people says if you use pink noise is the best to study and think try and let us know what you think is best :-)
