Hello,

I wanted to remove the SD card that was plugged in the Kasina and I don't know how I managed it, but at the same time I got it out, I pressed the Power button. The Kasina powered up and I removed the SD card. Something told me, this isn't right. And yes, now the Kasina won't read my SD card. All my files are gone, i didn't made a backup. What to do? Help me please.

Hi Richard;

I don't think you did anything wrong, more likely your SD card is not inserting all the way.
Make sure you are orienting it as shown on the picture of the SD card beside the slot. It should go all the way in and "click" when it's fully seated.
