I downloaded from the hyperlink and I got a zip file that was titled Procyon Editor but contained the files in the attachment. When I ran the setup.exe file I got a screen that suggested it was going to run a Procyon AVS setup program, not an editor. Is this the correct zip file?

I'm confused as to what you're looking to do. You were asking about the Manual before?
The Procyon Editor is a piece of software to allow you to create and modify Procyon Sessions as well as a few other utilities.
The Procyon Editor Manual is the written guide for how to use the Editor.
Other than the Procyon Librarian and the required Procyon Driver, the Editor is the only software available from MindPlace for working with the Procyon.

No, I figured it out. What confused me is the installer didn't mention that it was installing an editor. For some reason I was led to believe that the drivers were being reinstalled for Procyon 2.
