Help with Synchromuse Session for Sleep Induction

Great, thanks. I have downloaded it and will test it later. Having tried the mp3 manual start last night I think that I have discovered that I get too fidgety listening to a 60m session! I start getting uncomfortable and needing to move around/turn over etc after much less than that, which makes it harder to relax and drift off! I shall start trying to build up to longer sessions, perhaps using some of the meditative sessions first.

Ideally you would be asleep before the 60 minutes is up... that is why it goes to white noise as a trigger (nothing else to see here...).. The newness factor of first using the machine might be keeping you aware.. Oh course not all sessions work for all people. Let us know how you are progressing.

True. I start fidgeting long before I would expect to go to sleep though. As you say, I am still adjusting to the idea of wearing the goggles, and I am always tempted to actively look at the light show and see what I am seeing, if you see what I mean . However, I have noticed that I am relaxing a bit more, and not trying to analyse what is going on so much, so I am getting there.
